Return Policy Overview

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, Sound Dampeners cannot be returned once used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used Sound Dampeners
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Fill out the return form provided in your order
  3. Package your items securely with all original packaging
  4. Ship the items back to us using the provided return label
  5. Once received, we'll inspect the items and process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact us first to ensure the desired item is in stock
  • Follow the same return process as above
  • Indicate your exchange preference on the return form
  • We'll ship your exchanged item as soon as we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • No return shipping costs in these cases

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping expenses.

Pro tip: Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving your order!
